You don't pay. If I can't resolve your issue, there's no charge. I'll also point you toward the best next step if the problem is beyond remote support.

Yes. Remote support is always the first option - it's faster and doesn't require scheduling. When hands-on help is needed, secure local pickup/dropoff can be arranged for many residential repairs. Approved onsite appointments are also available when the situation calls for it.
