Remote Rescue IT collects only the information needed to respond to support requests, provide service, and communicate with customers.

Information collected: When you contact Remote Rescue IT, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the issue you need help with. Website analytics may also collect basic, privacy-friendly usage information such as page visits and referral sources.

How information is used: Information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule or provide support, follow up on service requests, and improve the website and customer experience.

What not to submit: Please do not submit passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, medical information, payment card numbers, two-factor authentication codes, or other highly sensitive personal information through the website form.

Remote support safety: If remote access is used during a support session, you remain in control of your computer. You can see the work being performed and disconnect at any time. Remote Rescue IT will not ask for unnecessary personal information, banking passwords, gift cards, or two-factor authentication codes.

Sharing: Remote Rescue IT does not sell customer information. Information may be shared only when necessary to provide requested service, comply with legal obligations, or use normal business tools such as website hosting, email, analytics, or form processing providers.

Retention: Contact and service request details may be retained for business records, follow-up, and customer support history unless deletion is requested and retention is not legally or operationally required.
